Yes. All proposals, invoices, and contracts are denominated exclusively in US Dollars. We currently accept payment via Payoneer and Wise. Bank wire transfer is also available on request.
No. The discovery call, written proposal, and — for medical billing — the initial RCM audit are all provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
No. Monthly managed services and ongoing engagements require 30 days written notice to cancel. Freight dispatch requires 14 days. Project-based work (cloud migrations, network deployments, packaging orders) is governed by a fixed-fee SOW with no ongoing commitment beyond the project scope.
Onboarding is included in the first month's fee for managed services engagements. There is no separate setup charge unless the onboarding scope is unusually complex, in which case it is disclosed upfront in the proposal.
