Clients are responsible for reviewing all invoices upon receipt. Billing discrepancies or errors must be reported within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices not disputed within this window are considered final and accurate.
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
Non-refundable events: Client-side cancellation after work has commenced; equipment or infrastructure failures outside EIDDI's control; change-of-mind cancellations after engagement commencement.
You may terminate any service agreement by providing 7 calendar days' written notice via email to the applicable contact address. Cancellation does not waive fees for services already performed, loads booked, milestones reached, or billing periods already commenced. All outstanding balances must be cleared prior to service termination.
Once an eligibility review is completed and a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Clients should contact EIDDI Solutions LLC directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback request. Formal legal procedures are governed by the Terms of Service.
